The location was perfect to enjoy Berlin. Loved the plethora of pillows and how comfy the bed was! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I would 💯 bring my family back to enjoy this hotel with me! 😁

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It's very clean, very quiet and great location. Easy to walk to all the shops and go back to rest a little before going back out. Bathroom is clean and loved the fact the hot water stayed hot in the shower!

It was very easily located.. It had no steps for my walker. Breakfast was continental and certainly adequate. the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. there was no noise from the road.

The location was great. Right in middle of town within walking of all the shops. The room was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. Selection of light breakfast items was very good for me. The coffee was very good. Small refrigerator and microwave was in the room. Very quiet at night after the town settled down.

We have stayed here before so we were expecting the same service. Unfortunately it was not. Be aware that you have to drive to a different hotel to check in and also for free breakfast. If we had known this, we would have stayed elsewhere. There was no one at all in the Lobby, you could only access with your key to get ice and pop. It was clean and comfortable but somewhat eerie knowing there was no one there if you needed help. I know we could call 911 if there was a emergency. Our commode seat broke so we just had to deal with it that night.

Breakfast was fine, miss the waffles like the first time we stayed a few years back. The place was clean abd quiet. The cleaning ppl were friendly when asking for assistance on getting more toiletries and towels. Was nice to park and walk through the streets rather than diving.

The location was great. The parking area is kind of tight. but you cant beat the location if you're looking to walk to shops.
